Roadshow Balls Locked!

Was playing my Roadshow and got on Super Payday and this happened:


2 balls stuck at the end of the wire form. No way would they budge so had to take glass off. Put them in shooter lane so I could get the glass back on. Needless to say one ball went straight out .
Anyone else had 2 balls stuck there?

I can't see what it's stuck on. Is the wireform too low?

I'd be curious of the ball speed if it's somehow stuck in the switch slot

Just 2 balls wedged together not stuck on anything. 2 balls rolling down together and the 2nd landed on the first and wedged.

That's just bad luck, absolutely crazy that happened during super payday
