RFM motherboard connector

Well, I have been taking a look around the PC box of my RFM and gone and disconnected something that I don't know where to put back. It's a two pin connector that connects the prism card board to the motherboard. Even if I knew where to connect it I'm not sure which way around it connects.
If there are any bods who know where to connect, which way around and what it does I would appreciate it

Ahh thanks just to know which way around it goes now. Mine has an arrow above one of the connectors with 'mx' at the wired end - does yours and if so, which pin does the arrow side connect to ?
