RFM driver board help

The LED2 "health" led is flashing and none of the fuse led's are red as they should be, HELP.

Hi. PC boots as normal, I get some lighting, test states error on lamp column. The first issue i had was a constant fuse blowing which was the bridge, so changed both the diodes and fuse has stopped, now i get led2 flashing

I'm not very clever with this stuff, but I would start by checking for the correct voltages at the test points.
