you are right, i spoke out of turn, and agree that your 80s themed arcade party was fantastic, sorry for sounding negative or suggesting fixes to something that ain't broke. and i know you're not trying to bring more folk to pinball, that's just one of my pet subjects - i think we *all* should be trying to spread the word of the magic of the silver ball at every opportunity. i do try to like the older games, and sometimes i have a great time playing on s Space Shuttle or a Jackbot, a Taxi, Star Trek, some of the System 11 games. i loved the 80s for the music and TV as i was just a teenager then, and never got the chance to play pinball til the 90s when i could go out and had my own money.
keep it up, your guests were all super lucky to have something like that organised for them. i also massively respect you personally for your knowledge of the games and how to fix them up and keep them running, so the last thing i wanted was to offend you. mea culpa.
