Reproduction vinyl for back glass - any good?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of replacing the back glass with new glass and vinyls like these...

Quite tempted as the back glass on mine is rather flaked but the price is high enough to need looking into a bit further.

Not tried it yet but as my R&B is almost impossible to source a replacement for i'm wondering if this could be an alternative. In theory it would work so long as the vinyl is adhesive backed (and not adhesive fronted if you get my meaning).

Has this person got anything to do with our other friends in Blackpool does anyone know? The mix of stuff he's selling looks similar the mix sold by another seller on eBay whom we know.
