Got a couple of problems that need addressing that are out of my comfort zone to realistically attempt so just wondering who may be the best person/people to contact?
Thanks in advance.

Mark squires, where snouts are you mate? Happy to pass your details on if you direct message me.

Pax, what are your issues mate. Maybe we can talk you through them

Main issue is with Houdini.
When I first got the pin everything worked spot on.
Currently if you shoot the ramp you get an audio sound that you've done so. If you then immediately shoot the ramp again you get the same pitched audio sound whereas previously you'd get a higher pitched audio sound. When the ball drains, you get a bonus score at the end, part of which is made up of how many times you've shot the ramp. Currently always now is a big fat zero regardless of how many times you've shot the ramp. However, some of the modes require you to shoot the ramp as part of a combination of shots to complete the mode - for example Secret Mission One which requires you to shoot the ramp and then immediately shoot the scoop - if you do that then you do complete the mission so the ramp opto does appear to be working just not registering for the final bonus score on ball drain.

Hope that makes sense :-)

Ok mate. Now anyone I know will attest. I’m no tech but it sounds like a switch isn’t registering. Would you agree?
Does it register it in switch test mode
If so is it an opto or micro switch?
Check for loose wires, plugs undone etc..
Do all the other switches in that row/column register. Start with that lot

@David_Vi is right, but James last posted saying he isn't doing out calls and his workshop is booked for a few months (into 2022 for sure) - @MajesticPinball - has that changed?
Not sure when/where you saw that but callouts are going ahead as normal. EM machines need to be booked into the workshop from now on but everything else is fine 👍

@David_Vi Thanks for the suggestion dude

Amazing I think I got my wires xrissed xrossed on a really old fb post

Cheers Spandangler,
Will see if I can work through your suggestions. I've traced the wires back to what I assume is the opto board, removed and re-seated all connectors which didn't make any difference so I'll look into switch tests (go on, laugh all you technically gifted people 🤣, I'm more used to dealing with bridge deck construction and railway transition curves not fiddly little wires 😁)
Cheers
