Hmm, i'm going to need about 7-8 of something like this for next friday, i have 6 cabs and a pin to move in a luton

The ones you need are "Endless" ratchet straps.
Having a quick look at your link these looked a good price and are what you need.
Please don't hold me up for what quality they are as I don't know. I bought a few a while ago, good quality but around £8 a strap.
D.

Yep good price

A couple of ratchet tips ..which I'm sure you all know...

Always put some padding/cardboard etc between head and side rails to avoid 'denting'

If you are very precious about side/head artwork then place seem cardboard offcuts between strap and woodwork just before finally tightening. Over a long journey the straps can cause damage otherwise.

nice one fellas, thank you.
i pressed 'buy it now' and did the deed.

Let us know on the quality when they arrive.
no complaints, this is how they look when they arrive -

they're all one piece (no hooks or second part - hence 'endless' i suppose) and seem well put together, but i don't have enough experience to compare them to other brands. i used a couple without them binding up, so i was happy enough with them. Matt Vince may have a more detailed answer, as i gave him one as a temporary replacement for the more sturdy looking one he delivered to my place wrapped around a machine.
