Raspi 5 - Anyone updated their arcade cabs ?

I've read that the Raspi 5 can run Sega Saturn emulation pretty flawlessly now, anyone tried ?

My Raspi 3B turns into a stuttering mess just playing Robocop mame when there's more than a couple of enemies moving onscreen
I almost pulled the plug last week until I went to add a large MicroSD which was the same price as the Pi5 and parts.. madness

MiSTer has a really good Saturn core and can do PSX and N64 too.

A JAMMA setup is pretty pricey but there is a cheap clone in the works that looks like it has just gone into production.
