Hi all,
A potential buyer of my Rick'n'Morty has contacted me and asked if I thought the game would fit ok in the back of their Range Rover Evoque?
Doing a bit of googling, it seems the back seats don't flood down completely flat, so guessing its a no go?
Anyone had any experience?
Cheers,
Den

Boot opening height doesnt appear big enough so head would have to come off but looks like it would fit.

Ive seen people fit them inside Fiesta's. Ive gotten one in a 90s civic hatchback with the head off and the passenger seat removed.

Thanks very much for your help mate 👍🏻 Think the potential buyer would be better riff with a van, as would prefer not to take the head off.

Bsckbox off ? Far easier to disconnect a spike game than older pins

Still a faff obviously
That game in question is rick and Morty and unsure as to if the potentially buyer is experienced with that kind of thing; would want any eBay dispute if the guy gets home and reconnects it wrong and blows it up or something 😭

Surely if collecting, it's sold-as-seen on the day. They can leave bad feedback but that's about it.

I hope you aren't planning to accept Paypal/eBay payment and letting someone walk away with the machine - that is asking for a chargeback and losing the machine for no money!

I hear you, and am still a bit worried myself, which is why I'm thinking of just re-listing the game on here and being patient, but the other day I did ask on here (can't find the thread:-() and a couple of people on here said their pin selling experiences on eBay were totally fine.

@Den - aka Wolfgang With eBay they are generally onthe seller side if you have evidence... I've had a few interesting experiances over the years but the one that stands out was a reasonably rare arcade game. Filmed it working, me turning it off. taking it out of the cab, packing it, sealing it and showing the recipents address. Cue the "the packaging was bad (photos of mot my packaging)" BS, show video. problem sorted... so i guess if they want to pick it up. have them in frame with it running....?

Ive had clear evidence on their message system and they have still sided with the buyer - in fact, in my experience I would say that the majority of time they side with the buyer.

Looks like the potential buyer is happy to deal outside of eBay and pay via bank transfer upon collection. Looking to come round on Saturday 👍🏻

I used to sell fairly often on eBay; selling parts of my retro gaming collection and guitar pedals etc and with the exception of a couple of chancers, was pretty smooth sailing, but these days I can't be bothered with the hassle.

A while back I was selling my first print Walking Dead comics on there and thankfully no issues, as some issues in particular were worth a fair bit of cash. Always made sure I sent valuable comics in a box, insured and registered)signed for delivery!
