The flap on my warp ramp is slightly raised, causing occasional airballs.

What's the best way to sort it please?

Are the ramp screws loose at the flap end? They should only hold the ramp, NOT the flap. Is the flap bent? How did this start happening? It is unusual for an installed flap to bend. Whole ramp looks tilted to the left, but that may be the foto.

That ramp flap will be impossible to bend unless you remove the ramp- and even then it would be a dodgy business.

Looks like the ramp screws are loose at the entry. Be careful not to overnighten these, as plastic ramps will crack if you do this. If the plywood has failed around the screw threads could could put a short length of plastic cable tie in the hole to act as a rawlplug. Or you could carefully put a cocktail stick coated with a dab of pva glue in the hole.

Looks like the ramp plastic was sitting a bit proud on top of a post's washer. That may be all there is to it...

Not too sure about bending the flap back but I will try.

Ramp is out and looks like someone's already made attempts to glue it down...

In any case machine is in pieces for a well-deserved clean, we will see how it fits back together. Getting that warp ramp out was a bit of a tetris game btw!

Provided the flap is flat there‘s no need to bend or glue it. Just mount the ramp correctly.

In the end, bending the flap (with the ramp out of the game) solved it and I'm now hitting a lot more warp ramps!
