Playfield cleaning

There appears to be a lot of dried up polish or cleaning substance (appears to be light blue) on the latest edition to my line up so just wondered on best way to clean it up/what to use?

that's just dries polish or wax residue have you triesd a foam cleaner? Personally id strip the whole topside and give it a good clean
 
You'd be amazed at how good a general cleaner for a bit grimy newly owned pinball,Auto Glym engine degreaser is.
you would be amazed at how many people use that.I do

for general cleaning foaming cleaner,and even novus 1 is great
