So Who has one... Who is still in Pre-order... Who hasnt bothered to jump yet??

From my part - I'm in the Ebuyer Pre-order... Still waiting... Missed out on the first round...

Xbox Series X here, will get a ps5 when a major game comes out I want, like the new God of War. Hopefully there'll be a black version out by then too.

Yep, disc version here.

Played astro's playground that comes with it, which is quite good fun.

And I've been playing assassins creed pretty much every day since I got it.

Kev, the sides are removable really easily, I think they are planning on making a killing selling different colours and branded sides. There's a load of videos of people taking them off and spraying them.

Managed to get one from Amazon at launch that didn’t turn out to be a bag of pasta.

unfortunately it highlighted how rubbish my old Sony Bravia was so had to by a new TV to go with it.

Been an expensive month

cyberpunk out tomorrow I know it’s not a PS5 but should still run better on it. Nothing else really out that warrants it to be honest. Gag AC Valhalla with it but it’s a bit meh.

Xbox series x and ps5 here, so November gave the wallet a bit of a shoeing. PS5 feels a bit more next gen due to the controller haptics and resistance to the triggers. Miles morales/spiderman look fantastic and the 60fps makes a huge difference.

Astros a good laugh and it’s included on the console. Some clever tricks with the controller good for a few hours.

if you’ve not played the PS4 Spider-Man then that’s the one to get.

It you like a challenge Demon souls.

if you like RPGs then cyberpunk is out tomorrow. Might not be PS5 but will look epic on it anyway

Been trying to get a Series X, since the original pre-order date, no luck so far.....
Ah well, I've got Cyberpunk to play on PC for a while anyhow and I'm currently playing Call of the Sea (Decent game if you like adventure/puzzlers) on my One X, so it's not like I'm short of things to fill the time.

Are you coming from the PS4 and played it’s games. If not sign up for ps+ and you get access to a ton of great PS4 games for free, god of war, resi 7 , last of us remastered etc

Ohhhhh, ghosts of tsushima has had a ps5 free patch so it runs at 4k 60fps, open world samurai game with an excellent multiplayer (coop) mode included. Probably pick that up cheap on disc.

Re PS5 stuff, my favourite game atm is WRC9 (if driving games is your thing), works great with the pad and is soooooo smooth, was on sale on PSN for £25 a week or so a go and again can probably be picked up cheap on disc.

Got PS5 at launch. Finished Demons Souls in a week then sold it. Currently playing Immortals Fenyx Rising which is really fun and WRC9

Got one at launch and have it paired with an LG CX , it feels like quite a decent jump forward when playing spidey, but it is annoyingly massive.
now to decide whether to wait for the dedicated ps5 version of cyberpunk or go with an optimised PS4 version...

Loaded it up today.
Buggy as hell to the point I might leave it a few weeks. And I’ve been looking forward to playing it for months.

I went for a Samsung Q80 for cost and worry about screen burn on OLED what with games having HUDs in screen static in the same place for long periods of time

Interesting on the TV's. I had to upgrade my games Room TV with the ps5. I was between the Samsung Q80 and the LG CX. Great deals on the Q80 65", but went the LG CX 65" in the end. And so pleased I did. Nearly twice the price with Samsung black Friday deals, but LG is such a great panel. Just avoid hours of consistent screen show. Not an issue for me which swayed it.

My wife has got me it for Xmas. I opened it to put the disc in the PS4 so that it would download the update. Going to send it back for a refund and say the disc won’t read correctly.

I have cyberpunk for Xmas for xbox. I didn't realise the series x patch won't be available for a while so I'll wait until that's out before playing it. Plenty on my pile of shame to keep me going until then.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to play it on Xbox series x and even on that it’s absolutely horrible. The hdr is messed up so everything looks washed out and murky,,,,a huge disappointment. Like you, will return to it next year after the next gen patch is done.

I very much doubt I'll buy a PS5, I rarely play the PS4, in fact it has been in loft the past year. Apart from a few games here and there the line of games available weren't a patch on those games available during the PS2 and PS3 years.

Ever try Skyrim on PS3 at launch? Trust me Cyberpunk ain’t no where near as bad as some other big open world games have been at launch. Fallout New Vegas might be my favourite game of all time and that was a shambles when it launched, took a good few months before it was playable.

Not saying it isn’t bad for some though and it looks god awful on base PS4 and Xbone.
