Hi. I bought a lovely Metallica a few weeks ago but I cannot get my shooter lane right. It’s fine on auto but despite lots of adjustments I cannot get the manual plunge to operate properly. I have given up. Also one or two smaller playfield issues. Is anybody able to repair in Canary Wharf? Literally a two minute walk from tube. Alternatively can anyone recommend a repairer? Lots of teas, coffees and biscuits provided 😃 Thank you. Simon

The shooter rod is out of alignment.
Place a ball in the trough and see where its positioned.
Ideally central.
This position can be adjusted slightly by unscrewing the shooter rod on the cab using the three screws and repositioning the rod.
Screwing it up tight again.
If that fails
The the hooks on the playfield that hold it into place can be bent slightly to bring the playfield up or down.

Thank you. Had not tried adjusting the playfield at all. Will certainly give that a go. Have repositioned the shooter rod and the housing so often and that does not get it right. It might just be me at the end of the day, and I am missing something really obvious 😢. Cheers
