Great day at the office yesterday, as always a massive thank you to Claire and David for running everything. Congratulations to Nick Clark coming in third place, Nathan as runner up and Dan P taking the top spot. Even though I didn't hang around I wish I had as the games of WH20 and GOT in the final couldn't have been much closer. Well done Dan you were on top form all day. Personal highlights were munching on chicken drumsticks, quavers and chocolate biscuits whilst conversations of mechanics, lurchers and small dogs with long legs flowed freely !!!

Another brilliant office comp, thanks so much Claire and David for running great to see new and returning players enjoying the day and I think the return of practice between rounds was extremely welcome and added to the enjoyment.

Closest finals for a long while, just 8 million difference on WH20 and 20 million difference on GOT, use congrats to Dan for the win, as well as Nick for 3rd and dad for his first ever top 4 finish!

Get to Pinhaus, laid back and chilled, this coming Saturday Dean. I believe there may be one space left due to some dropping out? Another opportunity to get more experience on games you haven't played before. It's not a rumour, the classic and mid era games are the best !!!

Super fun PBO comp as ever. Cheers @Lecari for being TD supremo. Well done @NateG119 and @DanEFC for taking home the silverware. And cheers to @Den - aka Wolfgang for those gritted-teeth head to head monster games in the elimination bracket. I think I'm only just coming off the adrenaline spike from them!

Thank you everyone who joined us yesterday, and @Hiltoncriss for letting us play your games! I really enjoyed it

We had 30 players in the end which was brilliant - lots of last minute bookings - which was a relief as I was quite worried beforehand as it was looking like it'd be quiet!

The finals was incredibly tense, all coming down to a huge game of Game of Thrones - well done Dan! Special mentions to Alan Garwood for his 4th place and Dennis who made it through as 4th in qualifying! We also had two people attending their first ever tournament: Simon and Andi.

Simon has taken the last slot at Pinhaus - I guess he enjoyed the day as he has the bug now!

Will edit and share photos tomorrow - ran out of time this evening IFPA results have been submitted tonight so should be live soon.

Thanks very much for organising/running/keeping things rolling @Lecari and @David_Vi - really well organised and the machines I played were solid (thanks to @Hiltoncriss for the venue and great games - hopefully catch up soon)
Congrats to the winners - great players (@DanEFC - will get in touch re; a funland Met remaster session, where no doubt I'll get schooled!..) and also big thanks and congrats to @Nick - well impressed with your amazing whitewater comeback; was great to be involved
