I highly doubt it, dont think there are any in this country yet, they only had 2 at expo in Chicago last week.
Also it appears to have the old tournament topper on it.

Loads of Pinsiders feel it’s ‘edgy’ and ‘more Metallica’ than the Donny artwork of the OG.
Personally, I think it’s trying too hard (to be dark).
Guessing by the purple hat, lips, dress & black gloves (or do you mean the traffic cone?).
The traffic cone, could have just been in a rush putting a dress on.
Actually, I know he wasn't - there were a couple of them on a stall just around the corner, promoting a weird arcade game where you were a traffic cone & had to navigate through various environments. Had to take the pic as a "you don't expect to see that!" image.

Day 2 underway!
The traffic cone photo reminded me of a photo I took while I was working at Butlins Minehead (as a contractor) of two traffic cones doing the walk of shame after a night partying, kudos for them for being in costume all night and still upright at 7 a.m.
