Well I don't think the internet was considered 'mainstream' until around 1996. At least that's the year I remember setting up the first internet connection at the hospital I was working at. Aaaaah, it was different in those days. It was all Netscape Navigator, Gopher and Winsock clients....

So yeah, i'd say it's a maximum of 20 years old.

And didnt' mobile numbers used to start with different digits? Then at some point they rationalised the system so they all started 07?

From the header font used I'd say it was from your Ninja period
