Big News!

Since January, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a special project—and today’s the day it all goes live!

We’re proud to announce that we’re now supplying pinball machines to Roadchef service stations across the UK!

To kick things off, you’ll find our machines at three locations—perfect for stretching your legs and testing your reflexes during a road trip.

Stay tuned for follow-up posts revealing the exact locations and the games you can play!

Often wondered about the economics of putting machines in services - good luck with this, would be great to see them around more!

So many have 'Gaming Zone' areas that these days are just gambling, but around Europe there's far more places that have arcade type machines at service stations.

We are planning some small arcade zones where space permits as we roll out over all the locations

This is great news, any pin's being put out in busy public areas is fantastic to keep our hobby not only alive but to grow it.
Good luck with it, hope it works out well.
Note to self.. I MUST make a visit over to 'Yarmouth soon to try ABBA out (still havent seen one in person!) I see its now on site in the arcade. 🤩🤩

Can you add them to pinball maps app David as and when you put them into circulation? This seems to be a good way of people finding them in addition to IC app maps for Stern

I’ve already added the first two announced on Facebook (Magor and Sedgemoor)

Also added them to the Insert Coin app, which is the dominant “Pinball Map” in France and some other parts of Europe, for any French pinheads who are on their holidays this summer

We used to call into the services at Taunton Deane for breakfast on our way to see the grandparents. They always had (road chef) the newest and best arcade games, Marble madness, paperboy, Gauntlet, Blasteroids, rampage.... some great memories there, as mentioned they are all gamble fests now, will be great to see pinball and arcade games again.

Sweet, I pass Sedgemoor a lot. I remember the days it was Brent Knoll rest area

Played the John Wick today, felt bizarre using a card to pay for credits. Played fast but fair, really have to learn this game as I seemed to have the ball in play for a long time without scoring anything?

First time I activated Joh Wick‘s “lights out”mode I thought I had tilted and I just let the ball drain. Maybe what happened to you was a completely different thing but just in case…:

"Lights Out" is a mode that increases the multiplier for the playfield while all the inserts are off. Essentially, you're playing with a blindfolded strategy, requiring you to focus on the ball movement and locations instead of relying on the lights for guidance.
