hi guys,having trouble accessing the pinball heaven website,anyone else having problems,my creech has just started resetting during a game & i seem to remember PH selling a kit to rectify the problem.

He is switching servers I believe.

Have you tried reseating the power connectors on the power driver board ? The ones on the far right of the board.
 
i reseated them a couple of weeks ago while doing a little fault finding on another problem but will try again before ordering the kit.

Always worth doing the ones on the left side too, below the ribbon cable.
 
Don't replace anything until you have tried replacing j114 on the loom. This is THE major cause of resets. Replacing bridges and rectifiers is a can of worms unless you know what you're doing, and is wasted effort if it's just J114.
 
website should be 100% by end of today. it works now just if your browser settings are on ultra tough it won't let it because of a typo in the SSL certificate.

Doesn't work with Chrome for me with default security settings. It does throw the SSL error message so guess it's the thing Phil mentioned
 
Website fixed, I hope. Let me know if any issues! SSL back on. pinballheaven.co.uk now forwards to pinball.co.uk so all should be ok!

Just the same as it was before for me. Error message and screeny of the default Chrome security settings below.

Same here Chrome and IE failing https for both hostnames
 
i think the certificate was issued as pinball.co.uk so they decided easier to drop the URL than change the certificate. They tell me a redirect works fine and it appears to so if anyone has a problem let me know.

I'm getting the cert error on both pinball.co.uk and pinballheaven.co.uk - and cant get past that point on either. This is on Chrome. Works if i specify https:// though. Unfortunately - people dont... :(

They need to do some more fixing....
 
I'm still getting the below screen on both pinballheaven and pinball.co.uk

And me - And cannot bypass in Chrome as it keeps going back to the same screen (without mucking about with settings, which shouldn't really have to!).
Get the same when going directly to www.pinball.co.uk and www.pinballheaven.co.uk

Seems something to do with the Certificate name (sounds like the cert is valid, however for a different site name)??

However going to https://pinball.co.uk/ seems to work ok.
 
We have our SSL Cert setup for work such that the www host is specified as an additional Subject Alternative Name, so the below should read;
DNS Name=pinball.co.uk
DNS Name=www.pinball.co.uk

On a positive note, a google search for 'pinball heaven' now returns a result at #1 which points to https://pinball.co.uk/ and works fine in Chrome for me. One of the sub-categories has a wierd description, but maybe google will sort itself out, and at least the link points to the right place and works - here's what it says:

"Shop
#47 Equivalent to #44, but draws less current, 150mA (rather than ..."
 
so i bought another SSL certificate for pinball heaven.co.uk today, give it 48 hours I am told!
