FYI :
After the initial "baking" I did by heating the place up to 36 degrees for a day to dry it out, I've now had the dehumidifier on "constant" mode and it's bone dry in there, with a humidity of 40-50% at all times.
Humidity outside is generally 60%+ so the air inside the cabin is significantly dryer now

Just need to keep an eye on it now then, especially with that heavy rain forecast.
