Party zone knocker

Hi i have a random loud banging noise coming from partyzone which i think is the "knocker " its scares the bejangles out of me when it happens and wakes the house up.
I suspect its the knocker going off ,Is there any way the knocker can be turned off ? so i can confirm this is the noise please.
i have had a scout through the online manual but cant seem to see anything about it.

Normally in the top left corner of the back box in most. Should be able to just unplug it if it has a connector on it

it was so load that kept waking the lad up which ment i had to stay off it,im now thinking about adding a switch
