One last problem to fix on Elvis auto ball launcher ?

Its almost playing perfect, one last problem which I cant sort out or even know if it is a problem.
When I get multi ball it will eject a ball and as soon as the auto plunger goes to launch it the second ball comes out ending up having to launch 2 balls.
I have checked all the switches and have even replaced the shooter lane switch thinking it might have bad contacts and be a bit slow to fire the plunger.
The auto plunger needs to be a bit quicker or the speed of the up kicker needs to be slower by half a second.

Change the sleeves on the coils to start with.

Also - the opto board that detects a ball jam can be problematic on that era of Sterns.

This has sorted it
But they was not stiff in anyway, they felt fine, the plunger was not out of shape on the end with no ruff bits to catch the sleeve, but fitted a new one and its solved the problem, so many thanks for the help.
