Nvram modules

Hi Guys,
I’m looking to remove the batteries in a few of my games and want to replace with the nvram modules.
So far ganes I want to work on are scared stiff, fish tales, no fear and DE Star Wars.
Where’s the best place to get them and what ones do i need?
