Non-permanent plastic glue

what is a good glue to secure these lighting mods in please ? Something that can be removed in the future if need be.

To adhere hard plastic to rubber

What about a high modulus silicon as used by a plumber seriously sticky but sets hard ish but can peel off at a later date?

How about sticky backed velcro ?
I've used it a lot in instances where I wish to temporarily hold something in place when prototyping.

Even pva might work I used that on my falcon to hold the cockpit together while I painted the outside
