Non-Ghosting LED ROM Patch for Judge Dredd

Just wondering if these things actually work?

As I've just put LEDs in the JD inserts and I now have a few with ghosting.

If they do work is there anyone here that can burn me a rom?

As long as it's not old small stuff i can burn anything you want, as long as the source file is out there
