What is the procedure pls for dropping pledged machines off / getting into the exhibitor car park ?

How do we get exhibitor passes ?

Also are we ok to drop off machines first thing Saturday morning if we cannot there for Friday?

Last few years, I've just driven up to the gate, filled in a form and they let you in.

Entrance to exhibitors car park is the first left off Mercury Way.

That's for friday, not so sure about access on Saturday.

machines dropped off on Saturday, can only be done between 8:30am and 8:45am.

No machines allowed to be moved (in or out) once show is open to public.

I only have one machine being dropped off on Saturday morning. Every other pinball is being delivered on Friday.

Right there are no machines being dropped off on Saturday morning. All machines are arriving Friday only.
