Has anyone heard what the next Stern will be. Have they got the licence for a new Star Wars?

Listening to a pinball podcast last week, sorry can't remember which one just now but they had said something about JJP getting the licence for Harry Potter.

Don't know if it's true or even how long it would be before it would be released if it is!

Haha! Trump :-) That would make for some particularly funny call outs. God only knows what the multiball modes would be called

JJP's next one was announced to be designed by Pat Lawlor and not based on any license.

If it is Star Wars, might be preordering even before I've received my GB.

The rock band themes are cool, but have been done to death recently.

Movie one might be the way to go, something like Hunger Games could be interesting.

Surprised there hasn't been (in living memory) a pin based on the Olympic Games.

trump could be a re theme rollergames . skate targets spell trump. go for the wall! oh no hes been elected ... devastating!

Does anyone know (or worked out) the average time between Stern pins being announced and how many they release per year?

GB was officially announced 10/3 so nearly 2 months ago. Keen to know what I need to save for next.

Not being scientific or anything but generally it is 3 or 4 per year, with about 3-4 months between releases from what I can recall.

There is usually a rumour mill about 2 months before games get officially announced, but some come as a total suprise (Nobody knew about WWE before it came out - that was a strange one).

Probably only 2 more this year - Aerosmith and Star Wars. Star Wars is Ritchie. Both LCD.

Yeah I'm worried that Star Wars will be awesome and I will be tempted.

Other than that unless there's any big surprises my next pin would fall outside Stern (Alien or JJPs Pat Lawlor one)
