Newbie Playfield Advice

Hi I am a new pinball owner and need some advice, please see attached photo's, the inserts have some fading on them is this something you just leave or can it be touched om with paint?

Looks to be a spiderman personally I would leave.

I suspect if you painted you would then need to clear coat to stop the paint chipping off again.

A lot of work for a minor irritation, but others with more experience with this type of issue might have different advice

Yeah I know machines from from 15 + years ago were not HUO so slight damage is always going to occur. It's only minor so I will just leave it unless it worsens drastically.

Do you mean the chipping around the insert ? If so just use a black sharpie pen to take the eye off and just enjoy playing pinball !!

Yeah thanks that is what I am going to do easiest solution for a minor issue.

Sharpie as suggested and fill with super glue (careful, you don't want a raised surface)
