The never ending cycle of not having enough room and with a couple incoming I’m going to let this go. Only had it for 4 months and have found it a fun game to play. The plan was always for it to live at my bro in laws house long term but my sister isn’t having any of it as she has only just reclaimed the dining room after the last long term loan
Price is firm at £1350 which is exactly what I paid. Priority to people who can turn around a deal quickly but I think Martin is due (roughly) early next week if not the end of this week. I need to call him and check
