My Munsters has an issue with the right flipper where it sometimes fails to respond when pressed. I’ve pulled the pf up and checked the flipper contact and the eos and they seem ok then it’ll work a couple of times then flutter or stop. Advice please.

Test mode, switch test - keep hitting flipper button to check if it’s the flipper switch. Then manually move flipper by hand to check EOS switch. Check to see if flipper shaft has come loose from the pawl (ie can you hold the pawl/linkage below playfield but still move the flipper bat)
Suspect it’s a leaf switch but if flipper switch is an opto then clean with a cotton bud.
