Catching up with activity on the site and it is epic to see this land. What a great space and some cool things in there.
My cabin got filled with kids stuff and then a desk but the lure of the pins is coming back strong.

Yeah. That is an awesome price.
We insulated the roof on our house last year and it makes a difference on the heating costs but also on how usable the space is on a cracking hot day like today.
And I bet it helps keep the noise down outside.

Cinema room is very cool mate, I used to have the floor in mine that was in the top of my garage bouncing up and down with 2 Servo 15 subs
Also I removed the cinema seats from my room that I picked up from the ABC cinema in Stoke that are in really nice condition, 3 rows of 4.

Nice Barco 808s projector bolted to the ceiling too, bit of a beast though.
You know where some are if you need any, free to a good homeI’m hoping to fit 6 luxury type seats but a few old style for the cheap seats might be an idea
