Wanted Modded timekeeper chip for NSM es5 jukebox

Just wondered if anyone has modded these chips so that you can easily replace the battery in them?

I've been buying "new" chips fairly cheap from China but they don't seem to last that long, certainly not the 10 years that they are supposed to.
