Looking for a MET Pro or premium. Been wanting this game for a while and interested to see if anyone's ready to move their's on.
 
This is like trying to get hold of a DP, it ain't happening. Go for an ACDC in the meantime and just wait it out I'm sure one will come up in the next 5 years lol !!! BTW I prefer ACDC to Metallica just my personal preference.
 
I’m blown away by Metallica, it’s absolutely superb, lots of multi balls, Crank it Up is a very clever risk/reward mode. Gotta love Sparky, and the music is obviously class [emoji106]

The best music pin for me which will never get done would be THE CLASH, can't say I have a favourite band as there was such a lot of bands/artists who were awesome but there will never be another Clash.

I would have paid up to 6k as I really wanted one, luckily I didn’t have to go anywhere near that high.

I like the game but don't rate it as highly as a lot of the members on here. Music is great though, ball times are just too long same reason I'm not huge on the LOTR. Hit the snake, hit sparky, hit the crosses just too much chopping wood but I get why it receives a lot of love.
 
^^^ Lol.... chopping wood, I used to chop wood with an axe years ago (1988) for my Aga, kinda liked it.
Does it compare to playing MET 😂😂😂

When you learn the rules it’s nothing like chopping wood, working the coffin hurry ups so you can get to Crank it Up quicker, it’s spotting what shot is most lucrative and that changes all the time which I think actually prevents repetition.

You can actually hit sparky, crosses & snake just a few times, collect the hurry ups and then shoot ramps and loops to get to CIU modes instead.

Yeah the fun of Metallica is locking in the inserts for the items and then gambling when playing CIU for huge scores. Very cool code. One thing I hate, the right orbit goes to the pops via an up post if not part of a combo, kills the flow a little. I know it can be switched off but it's not ideal.
 
^^^im my own worst enemy, I try and figure rules out on my own without reading up. I only found out by accident the other day, you could hit various skill shots on plunge by holding in the left flipper. What a div 😖
 
Metallica is a game where you definitely need to know the rules before really enjoying it, otherwise it could definitely feel a bit wood choppy.

I think that applies to most games, definitely more fun when you know the rules and then try to pick your shots based on potential reward/value.

^^ Same for AC/DC there’s more to it for sure....
Now I know the rules for Tron, I cannot see me ever reaching the Portal 😭

Oh it definitely does apply to most games but more so with Metallica imo. Without knowing how to lock inserts or that coffins are worth double after an inlane it would feel very wood chopperish. Even a bit bland and it's definitely not those things. I guess this is in part due to the lack of traditional modes for the most part, bar Lady Justice etc
 
If you know what you are doing Metallica is a great game. For a casual player it’s not obvious what shots to go for as you need to build on your previous shot.
My only nag about the game is the music is irrelevant until you get to crank it up.
