Metallica most lamps out

Hi all,

So potentially a bit of an odd one.

We've got a new Metallica Pro LED. Played our first game on it today and during the game the playfield lights stopped working. They were on previously but after starting the game they've gone out.

The flashers and spotlight type are working and the lights around the flippers but all the other lamps are not on - all below playfield, grave, start, tournament start, shoot again, lights for skill shot etc.

We've tried to double check the cables and the fuses look fine.

Any ideas what could be causing this please?

Are there custom LED boards in it? Or are they all individually socketed LEDs? Like the standard bulb version. If the former then could be a daisy chain problem, or the power source is problematic. My TWD has a little power board in the bottom right of the cab that powers the LED boards and the cable wasn't up to the job (poor design from the factory).

Failing this, is it under any warranty?

Does that mean if one goes they all would? I noticed the start button had gone when we went to play. There was some paperwork and a bag of spare plastics inside so potentially we've maybe knocked something when taking those out.

Will have another look, we did try checking the connections but may have missed something

I had the 12v rectifier short on my MET, which took out most of the insert lighting.

Most of the insert boards are in series IIRC so a duff board can effect the others 'downstream'.

Try swapping the first with the last and see if the problem moves

When you say that the fuses look fine how did you check them...? Did you use a multimeter?

All LEDs next to the fuses on the driver board should be lit...

Make sure you close the coin door, or you'll be fault tracing those fuses that are not used when the interlock is open!

Had a multimeter on the0m and they are fine.

There is an LED under one of the fuses that isn't on (under F9) but we swapped and tested the rude and it made no difference. Photos attached of that and the 18v light that's out
