Metallica flasher bulb

This unusual bulb has always been installed on my Metallica pro with total lightshow. It’s to the left of sparky in a spotlight but it’s never worked. Is this std, any ideas?

Looks like a canbus error free t10 / 501 12v automotive led to me?!..........

So what’s the difference between that and a std 12v led?
Would that form part of the total lightshow?

TLS didn’t include any extra flashers in my experience.
