Wanted Metal Posts

Looks as though the only way I'm going to get some of my posts out of creech is by wrecking them, which means I'm on the hunt.

Looking for this type:

02-4659-1 x 8
02-4036-1 x 2

I know Pinball Mania has them but stocks are low. Hopefully someone has a bunch lying around..?

Try if possible gripping the top of the post in the chuck of a battery drill on lock. Then undo the nut underneath.
Don't always work but worth a try.
You may need another pair of hands at times.

Thanks thats a good tip - hadn't thought of doing it that way. Unfortunately for most of these posts that are fixed to t-nuts, they are completely fused at the bottom due to rust. So even if I do get a decent purchase on them, the screw shaft will break before the thread will loosen.

Thats what I do
when youve taken the nut off use the drill to unwind the post from the playfield.
they can be threaed into the playfield.
