I wouldnt put insulation tape anywhere near a glass backglass... Maybe velcro (the soft part) inside the channel.... Have seen SO much damage caused by multiple types of Tape to backglass...

We can. Easy enough to do with a hacksaw blade, vice and a file. Cut a few to fit modern sterns (e.g. spiderman) If you want a nice mirrored steel trim.That's very useful to know Keef.
Do you also cut to length?
