Medusa & centaur settings question

I've been preparing for this weekends league meet, one of the things I've been doing is turning off quick restart on all my machines . I can't remember how to do it on medusa and centaur, does anyone know how? I've already changed a few settings, 4 balls no extras etc so I know that some settings are dipswitches on the MPU and some are accessed via the coin door button but I can't see anything in the manual about how to turn that off. Can it be turned off?

I think WMS brought in that feature during the Wpc/Dot matrix era, though I can't recall exactly when. I've seen (and exhibited) a loss of temper when a youngster presses the lit start button while a game is in progress.
