Hi all, for those waiting on the next run, I believe it is imminent.
I’ve just had a reply from PPS about when OG MM wiring harnesses are due in and was misunderstood (I didn’t include part numbers 🤦‍♂️). Anyway this was the reply…


“All of these parts are about to become in stock since CGC is about to run MMR again. These will be for the remake MM not the original, however in some cases you can adapt the harnesses.”

…exciting for those who have waited for so long🙂
 
Could be a while for the rest of the world…

A quick note: At this time, we have scheduled a North American production run of the Merlin edition for Q3-Q4 of 2025. In an effort to reduce long lead times between deposits and delivery, we are not taking International orders until later this year. Thank you for your patience!

I suppose it depends on which remake you have.
If it’s a classic then I guess the Merlin has a few upgrades that would be worth it most notably the topper.

I literally have no idea why anyone would consider paying twice as much as the original remake was if you already have one.

Personally I think the topper looks shockingly bad.

I’m still a little annoyed about the crappy decal inserts they used originally and then tried to lie about the quality issue but not enough to consider paying money to have that fixed.

I probably only play my game 20 or so times a year though so maybe I’m not the best judge of it 😂 personally I’d rather spend 6k on getting an additional game rather than “upgrading”.

I’m not into toppers, but have to disagree.
I really think this is one of the few that benefits from the addition of a topper as do AFMr and MBr.
They’re not on the level of Labyrinth, evil dead etc but definitely up there with Wh20.
They look quality and definitely add to the game in my opinion.
 
Taste in toppers/mods is so subjective isn’t it? It’s a bit like the boy racers who stick fury dice and spoilers on cars.

I absolutely loath the MM, MB and AFM ones 😂. To me they just look like fisher price toys and take away from the look of the game.

Kiss looked great. TWD was OK until I saw it in real life a realised how small it was. The evil dead one looks cool. I bought the ST one as people said it looked good. Plugged it in and was utterly underwhelmed.

I also really dislike most mods. Don’t even get me started about novelty pound shop oversized crap stuck on shooter rods that seems to be in vogue.

That black and white TAF on the Texas thread was infinitely worse than the stock version. Someone has poured thousands of dollars and God knows how much time into it.

I just don’t get it. Fair play to those that do though.
