Sorry time this, but I might have to let this go even though I really don't want to.
I've turned down £11k some time ago, but as it's had no immediate offers, I've dropped to £10k.
BTW, I do mean "might" and more than likely will be selling as my reasons for required cash is 60/40 in my favour.
But as I like to be open and upfront about things, there is a small chance I don't need to let it go and that is all dependent on a third party whom I have little control over sorry.
That reason is, we're attempting to buy a property from a very awkward vendor whom keeps changing his mind as to his preferred buyer.
If he accepts us, we may well need full cash to complete next week and that proves a big problem and us taking some risky loans.
So whoeverbuys, I need full cash Tuesday 16th (6.1 days away), non negotiable.
And I will not commit to any sale on just a promise sorry. I need a hard cash payment.
We are not yet in a rush to move the MBr LE for the buyer, we'd have a month or two for you to collect as we'd still have our home for a while.
Any viewings welcome, just outside Huddersfield ring road.
Martin has been before and is welcome to collect again.

About the MBr LE:-
It's a HUO game, and I'm second owner. Ive probablyplayed just 200 games since purchase.
I do not know of any issues with cabinet or playfield, if there are any, they'll take some finding.
The game plays perfectly, the dmd is all fine, I think any buyer will be happy with it.
if anyone does want it shipping, then I'll happily make a right good job of wrapping up.
But this is an expensive pinball, I would insist on doing it thoroughly and your agreement on the method.
I'll need to buy the appropriate cardboard or bubble wrap or cling film or all three. You decide what's required, but I'm not running round supermarkets for used boxes, let's just get the packaging delivered. I imagine £20-£30 would make a fantastic job of it.
I will then spend as long as it takes to wrap everything perfectly for you.
Of course, I'd prefer you just come and collect.
