Machine screws with built in washer

Hi Guys,
Looking to source those machine screws with the built in washer that typically screw into long hex posts to hold ramps in place etc. They are usually about 3/4 inch long and a cross head screw on the top. I need to know their proper name and thread type and size etc and where to get them
