Evening

Only keeping games in the house now as the games room is being changed around.

So up is this LW3 owned for last 7 years full re-rubbered and cleaned when I installed the Comet LEDS earlier this year.

No faults as I'm aware of usual paint missing next to flipper buttons.

Blue light is cracked on the top and general age related marks for a 30 year old game.

Will post additional pictures when home later in the week. And happy to have a video call or come look and play on other machines.

Located in Scarborough North Yorkshire.

What's the speaker hum like?

Speaker hum can easily be fixed on the Data East games using a small PC power supply to power the sound board. That's what I have done on my Lethal Weapon 3 and I have absolutely no speaker hum.

Sorry if derailing the the thread a little, but I was looking at resolving the speaker hum earlier. This is the best solution to otherwise installing a new PSU for the soundboard, the problem is getting one. But for sure check these guys out, https://www.facebook.com/WhiteNorthRetro/

Hi David - I'd say its a good first pin as the rules are easy and you have simple short and long shots to make but you can progress on it working out back handing the shots etc. the arcade DMD scenes with the pistol grip are fun and its got a great ramp.
I love mine.

I think because loads around as popular site pin back in the day and historically one of the cheaper DMD titles means LW3 is often referred to as a good starter pin ….which tbh I think does it a disservice.
It’s just a cracking fun game , which surely should be the point of a pinball machine. Fun shots, shoots well, enough rules to keep you entertained, great music and call outs .Just add beer and mates for a top night of pin fun

Same, iv had this before and so many others out there iv not experienced so want to buy those instead, but something pulls you back to this game lol the music, sound effects and game play is just so fun lol
