LW3 too slow

I bought a LW3 that has been restored. The lock down bar is the much higher than on my MSF (but the rears are about the same) meaning that its quite slow

The leg plates inside are (were) original so, the legs haven't been drilled in the wrong place when restored. The legs are all the same length.

Should the front and rear legs be different lengths? I've jacked up the adjusters on the rear to speed it up a bit but, the front seems too high (there is a level on the apron, behind the instruction card - this indicates that there is nowhere near enough slope on it however, the adjusters aren't going to take up that much).

Any help much appreciate

Even with the rear as high as it would go, and the front as low, I still wanted mine steeper at times - I but a bit of wood under the back legs. Also, some leg-levellers are longer than others, though not by a lot.

Those DE games always seem to have high fronts compared to other companies. SW is the same.

The rear adjusters normally need to be wound nearly fully out and the front ones all the way in. You can get longer DE legs to fit to the back, they're measured in inches think standard are 28.5 and long are 31.
