LW3 non booter

Mates lw3 wont boot. All he has (apart from gi) is the 5v led on and thats it. Was working fine till he switched it off to change the batteries. Ok he didn't know you need the power on but is this just coincidence.
I'm not at my best on DE games. Ken

Measure the 5v. Just because the led is on doesn’t mean it’s at 5v. If less than 4.9 it may not boot.

Ok i had just over 2v. Replaced the br and the 6057 and i still got just over 2v. Wtf

Check the caps on the power board.
