Lockdown bar paint?

Hi all,

The lock down bar on my pin is badly worn at the sides and I'm looking to give the whole think a tidy up.

Is there any particular metal paint anyone would recommend, I also would like to do the legs as well.

Personally i wouldnt paint them - powder coat the lot to match

Yep a nice satin black powcer coat would make it look nice again, reckon you could get the side rails, legs and lockdown done for £100

Wont powder coating chip easily?

POR15 is almost indestructable.

I used Hammerite (the spray can version) and am very happy with the result. There is a choice of colours and hammered or smooth finish.
