Lethal Weapon 3 No Sound

Hi everyone I recently posted up about a faulty Lethal Weapon 3 pinball table I'm having problems with and in the end I had to bite the bullet and buy a new CPU board. The CPU board is one of those new Rotten dog boards, I installed it and the machine comes into life but it has no sound also the credit settings where messed up. I have set it to freeplay but I am stumped about the no sound issue, I did pay extra to have the latest eproms installed with the new board.

Any ideas or something I have missed being a pinball newbie?

Check that you have put the grey ribbon cable to the sound board on the right way round, and that it covers both rows of pins and hasn't missed a row.
