lane divertor sega x-files

i now have a x- files to go with my sega twister works fine plays well but i have noticed what looks like a lane divertor
on the right hand lane and not seen it working ,would have thought it would work with a flipper or does it work in a mode
i have not found yet

Looks like it should work automatically to divert balls down the other side of the ramp. Does it do anything in solenoid test?

Have not tried it yet I give it ago tomorrow as I am working nights so does it work at random

No idea what activates it but check whether it works in test first

Yeah, probably just a wire off Are all of the other solenoids working in test? If not then maybe a fuse out.

wiring good all other solenoids are working

Is the coil getting power? I suspect not but worth checking and then work your way back to the board....continuity in the wire from coli to wherever it goes, dodgy connection on the driver board, bad transistor etc
