Ipad Setup for 92 yr old

My Aunt is 92.

Her elderly ipad is 8 years plus and dying/ struggles to charge.

Does anyone know if the batteries can be replaced please ? Who can be trusted with a job like this?

Or, is there a shop where they could set a new one up for her that is near identical to her current set up ?

Transfer to a new iPad is built in. Just put the new one next to it, assuming it can be switched on & stay on for while.

I’d suggest not investing in a battery replacement for such an old device that likely does not get software updates any more, maybe not even security updates.
As previous post it’s very easy to transfer to a new iPad now and at a reasonable £329 now apple have reduced them a bit a no brainier:
