You may have inspired me to model one in 3D. It's a doddle then to make drawings so that you can get the metal cut to size. If someone wishes to make one and doesn't have access to welding equipment I heartily recommend this stuff. http://www.aluminium-profile.co.uk/acatalog/Aluminium_Profile_with_6mm_Slot.html You build it up with brackets (a bit like meccano).
