I’d second Simon as TD. It’s a difficult role, and I think the games and settings changes were just about right given the mix of both new and experienced players. He also worked his **** off with me Saturday to help level and clean everything and was first through the door on the Sunday!Aren't you going to ask Simon to TD again?Sounds like it all went smoothly!
Huge congratulations Jason - and to Ryan for getting to the finals in his first tournament. Looked like a fantastic event from the stream, I enjoyed watching along from home. Thanks Ian for the stream!

Bit gutted to not have placed higher, especially after a 6 win streak at the start of the day. The post lunch slump kicked in, but qualifying 4th I thought I might have stood a chance. Sadly the few long days really took their toll, and alas I was taken down by Owen and the Dutton Mafia. Still on to the next one, hopefully I won't be trying to open up and run the bar (badly) even if it was only soft drinks for cash.
Final:
So January 18th has been confirmed for our follow up tournament. Details still to be decided on start time and number of rounds, which we hope will be 12. Feedback has been listened to for this and also how much time for lunch.

We are looking for the name for the tournament name so please put your suggestions in. By the way we have already had a suggestion of "January Jaunt" Be under no illusion that lame a%s suggestions like this will result in being BANNED FOR LIFE, oh crap, he is our TD !!!
