Hi all, I'm looking for a stern insider connect system. Not bothered about the apron, just QR Reader and WiFi gubbins.

@1stoppinball can get the specialist QR reader for you, try Amazon for a cheap WiFi gubbins and a couple of meters of Internet cable. @Colywobbles for plastics to mount the QR reader on the coin door.

You can enable insider connected without the QR code reader - you just need the extra memory card and a wifi dongle, there's lots to choose from.

I grabbed this wifi dongle and have had no issues other than when the Stern server is down!

I've sent there's a thread for IC names but maybe not another for other issues or news? Badges etc.

I am trying to register one of the games and I can connect to WiFi ok. However I can't register the game and have gone through the steps.
It says Network Interface Innactive.

Anyone has encountered any issues before?
Any tips?

You need a qr to set up initially it needs to see WiFi, sd card and reader. Once you have home team set then you don't need the reader. If you have another connected equipped machine just plug into the reader on that.
